Natasa is an award-winning professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement. During 16 years of professional career in HR, she gained critical experiences through different roles from Business Partnering to building Talent CoE.
Natasa supports her company in delivering its Talent-centric strategy, by leading and transforming different Talent areas, as well as building High performing teams. Being responsible for End-to-End Talent Processes enables great integration and standardization of top talent practices in Coca-Cola HBC Business Units spread across Europe, Asia and Africa.
Natasa graduated in psychology and psychotherapy and has been expanding her knowledge through different Leadership and HR courses from IMD Business School, IEDC Bled School of Management and University of Michigan.
